Terms and Conditions:

 

Bookings for wardrobe edits and personal shopping appointments:

I require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date of the appointment at the time of booking. The final payment is to be made 48 hours before of your agreed session date. If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day before of the first service.

Payment options include Bank Transfer.

Online Services and Colour Analysis:

 

I require online services and colour analysis to be paid in full on the day of booking. If you would like to reschedule within 72hours' notice, you can move the appointment essentially once, if this is done with less than 72hours' notice 50% of the fee will be charged and there will be no option to reschedule.

​

If you cancel with less than 48hours notice the full amount will be chargeable.

 

Cancellations:

 

If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice you can reschedule the session essentially only once or at the stylist’s discretion. Your deposit will be transferred across to the new date.

 

If the session is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to your deposit amount will be charged.

 

In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by Styling With Gigi you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date and 20% of your service price will be refunded for the inconvenience, whichever is preferred.

 

If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue (e.g. Issues with shopping centres or shops) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.​

Time Keeping:

​

There is an option to add additional time to your existing appointment at stylist’s discretion which is charged at £115 per hour.

 

It is essential that clients arrive on time as personal commitments mean that shops must be completed by the time designated on the service at time of purchase.  If clients are late, the completion time of the service will not be extended.
